An evening cooking class at Cookworks on Broadway & Granville in Vancouver.

Chef Dino has been teaching cooking classes at gourmet shops, in private homes, and on stage since 1993. His infectious smile puts the audience at ease and his wealth of knowledge appeals to a broad demographic of customers. For 9 seasons, Chef Dino has been one of the Guest Chefs at the West Coast Fishing Club in Haida Gwaii for the annual David Hawksworth & Friends Culinary Adventure week, providing not only cooking classes but cocktail making and wine pairing classes. He can also be seen emceeing the food stage each year at trade shows in Vancouver put on by industry heavy weights such as GFS or the BC Chefs' Association - providing colour commentary and lively banter with his peers.

 

I like to engage people, get them thinking, and show them they don't have to be intimidated by cooking.
